“It is a joy to be hidden, and disaster not to be found”
About Me
I am a psychotherapist based in the Bay Area. I have been trained in psychoanalytic relational depth work. I received my Masters degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies and earned my BA from Bard College in comparative literature. I am an animal lover, a long time practitioner of Ashtanga yoga and I have a background in dance as well as poetry and music.
My approach to therapy is integral; I work from an attachment and trauma informed lens with a deep grounding in relational psychoanalytic theory. I have experience with treating depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, questions of gender and sexuality, complex family dynamics, relationship issues, and grief work.
I specialize in couples work, with a particular focus on treating those from the LGBTQ+ poly and kink communities, and those navigating the impacts of ADHD symptoms on their relationship. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy interventions to help couples learn to co-regulate and strengthen their bond.
I am practicing as an associate under the license of CK Blackmore, MFT, Ph.D.
